InfoTrendsí Bryan Yeager to Share Insights at CMIC Summit and Going Digital Conference

On October 19, Mr. Yeager will be part of a panel discussion entitled Driving Interaction and Engagement with Integrated Mobile Marketing at the first-annual Cross-Media Innovation Center (CMIC) Summit at the Hyatt Hotel in Rochester, New York. The Center is part of the Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Media Sciences and is focused on addressing the significant economic, technological, and cultural changes that impact the graphic communications industry. The CMIC Summit will provide valuable presentations and discussions with cross-media marketing and technology experts to help guide the industry in the right direction. Mr. Yeager hopes to shed light on why mobile is a critical component of cross-media marketing and how it can be effectively used to meet key marketing objectives.

On November 8, Mr. Yeager will be a keynote speaker at the Going Digital Conference held at the Skytop Lodge Executive Conference Center in Skytop, Pennsylvania. During this address, Mr. Yeager will provide research-based insight on emerging trends with digital publishing for magazines and how these trends will affect all publishers. “For over a decade, magazine publishers have been adapting to an evolving mix of advertising revenue sources and content consumption habits, with soaring smartphone and tablet adoption accelerating the digital publishing transformation," says Yeager. "InfoTrends research shows that magazine publishers need to focus more aggressively on digital by building agile, multi-channel workflows that support interactive reading experiences and drive digital monetization. I hope to provide pathways publishers can take to accomplish these goals.”

The Going Digital Conference, put on by The Joss Group’s Digital Publishing Report, is designed for professionals interested in learning more about how to design and manage the digital publishing process and how to maximize profit opportunities from digital publishing projects and businesses.
