Open Positions:

HR/OFFICE SUPPORT MANAGER - PART-TIME (25-30 hours)

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Provide recruiting support and coordination (4 to 8 employees annually)
  • On-board new employees
  • Coordinate with corporate office HR department (Questex) to collect/disseminate/
    implement HR information and company policies
  • Coordinate with UK/Japan office on HR issues
  • Provide employee support and advocacy
  • Maintain and forward payroll information to Questex
  • Coordinate and drive the annual review process and spot rewards
  • Maintain employee files
  • Order/stock office supplies
  • Shipping and mail room
  • Coordinate company-sponsored events
  • Check company voice mail, greet visitors at the door
  • Client visit support
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance and office services/ suppliers
  • Provide light set up/clean up support
  • Provide light administrative support to Executive Team

Candidate Profile

RESEARCH ANALYST, DOCUMENT OUTSOURCING

We currently have an opportunity for someone with 3-5 years industry experience to provide information to clients on trends within the document outsourcing industry, particularly related
to on-site and off-site printing, mailroom management, document scanning, archiving, and
document-related business process outsourcing. This position is located in our office in
Weymouth, Massachusetts.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Perform primary and secondary research and provide competitive analysis on service
    providers and market trends within the document outsourcing realm
  • Assume a set of clients as primary analyst, providing proactive client care and
    inquiry response service, including visits to client sites and telephone/e-mail contact
  • Assume responsibility for producing an agreed-upon set of service deliverables including
    news analysis, event analysis, trend analysis, market forecasting and forecast analysis
  • Assist in providing clients with strategic advice to help them succeed
  • Participate in custom consulting engagements
  • Travel to trade shows to monitor technology trends and meet with clients, prospects,
    and key players
  • Assist in acquiring new clients and retaining current clients

The ideal candidate has some research and analysis experience within the document outsourcing space; excellent analysis and strategic thinking skills; strong written & verbal communication skills; strong computer skills particularly with the Microsoft suite; the ability to handle multiple tasks; and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.

RESEARCH ANALYST, CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

We currently have an opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of relevant experience to create
and deliver content to clients of InfoTrends’ Customer Communications Channels & Trends advisory service. This service tracks behavioral and attitudinal shifts among consumers and businesses relative to the business communications they send and receive. The position will be located in our office in Weymouth, Massachusetts.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Perform primary and secondary research on the customer communications market, including tracking developments in how consumers are receiving and paying bills
  • Interview senior leadership and build contacts and sources for use in future stories
  • Assume responsibility for producing an agreed-upon set of service deliverables including
    analysis of news, events, trends, and forecasts
  • Assist in providing clients with strategic advice to help them succeed
  • Participate in custom consulting engagements
  • Travel to trade shows to monitor technology trends and meet with clients, prospects,
    and key players

The ideal candidate comes from a journalism, public relations, or marketing background with
interest in tracking developments in big data, cloud storage, mobile technology, and emerging services as they relate to household billing and payments. Other important capabilities include analysis and strategic thinking skills; strong written & verbal communication skills; strong computer skills particularly with the Microsoft suite; the ability to handle multiple tasks; and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
