Matt Swain is an Associate Director for InfoTrends, the leading worldwide market research and strategic consulting firm for the digital imaging and document solutions industry. He is responsible for driving global research and consulting initiatives in the document outsourcing and transaction output markets with a close eye on the topics of TransPromo and the emergence of secure digital mail services. Mr. Swain's extensive global TransPromo research along with his most recent study, The Future of Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment in North America, have provided him with a fresh perspective on the drivers for change in the way that organizations deliver customer communications and how their customers prefer to interact with them.
