All Channels are ON for the Next Generation of Customer Communications...
10:30 AM – 11:20 AM

"All channels are on" as businesses are finding that reaching customers via multiple touch points does have a profound effect on their marketing efforts.

Come and listen to industry expert and keynote speaker Barb Pellow share her insight and vision into the next generation of customer communications. As businesses are looking for tools and partners that can deliver their message using multiple channels beyond print, multi-channel capability is quickly becoming an essential factor for success.

According to Ms. Pellow, "When implementing this type of offering, service providers need to assess the skills, infrastructure, and processes they need to develop as well as the partnerships required to participate in the complete value chain." Ms. Pellow will be referencing recently completed market research from direct marketers and agencies on critical cross-media trends.

Included in the discussion will be an assessment of the state of the cross-media marketing market today and its future direction as well as insight into marketing executives' and agencies' needs, perceptions, and challenges in implementing cross-media marketing campaigns where "all channels are on."

During this session we will take a detailed look at:

  • The components that comprise PDF/VT

  • Where vendors are in the process for fully supporting a PDF/VT workflow

  • The reality of utilizing a PDF/VT workflow in a transactional environment

The Future of Electronic Bill Presentment in North America
3:00 PM – 3:50 PM

Over the last decade, the transaction presentment and payment markets have been in a state of change due to advances in technology, changing consumer preference, and billers' focus on cost reduction. InfoTrends' latest study on electronic bill presentment and payment in North America indicates that 11% of bills and statements are delivered exclusively through electronic means in North America, with that percentage increasing to 22% by 2014.

Attendees at this session will obtain a better understanding of where electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) is being adopted; what the obstacles are to faster adoption; and what billers, service providers, and technology vendors will need to do to better target their strategies in the future.
