CALL FOR SPEAKERS

Deadline for Submissions is May 27, 2009!

The conference team is currently accepting applications from all qualified speakers who are willing to share their unique stories, business insights, or technical experiences at the European TransPromo Summit. The Summit brings together vendors, print service providers, and users for 2 days of information sharing and peer-to-peer networking.

Speaker Qualifications

  • A biographical summary is required for all proposed speakers.

  • All submissions must demonstrate knowledge of the subject matter.

  • The European TransPromo Summit is designed to provide real-time experiences and examples. We are looking for end users to speak and share their experiences. In certain sessions vendors may be asked to present with their customers.

  • Content must be provided in an educational, non-commercial, non-self-promotional manner. Sales pitches will not be allowed.

Speakers are selected based on expertise, experience, knowledge, and industry leadership. All speakers selected to present will receive complimentary admission to the conference. No other compensation will be provided. Accepted speakers will be required to sign and submit a speaker agreement and provide an electronic copy of their presentation by a specific date.
