How Does it Work?

The PhotoPublishing Summit VIP/Sponsor program is structured around 4 key components:

1. Appointment Based Meetings

  • As a sponsor of the event you will have the opportunity to prioritize the companies you would like to meet with.

  • A personal meeting schedule is drawn up for each company based on a combination of both VIP and sponsor preferences.

  • Each sponsor is allocated their own meeting table in the conference room where all the one-on-one meetings take place.

  • Each meeting lasts 20-minutes with a 5 minute interval between each meeting.

2. Educational Conference Program

Enjoy presentations and boardroom discussions with high caliber speakers in a conference program designed specifically to tackle issues facing the photo publishing industry today.

Sessions topics include:

  • How Expanding into Photo Publishing Changed My Business – Case Study

  • Web-to-Print Solutions for Content Owners and Print Service Providers

  • Web-to-Print Solutions for Content Owners and Print Service Providers

  • Photo Publishing – It’s Not Just About Consumers: New B2B Opportunities

  • Sales & Marketing Strategies for Growing Your Photo Products Business

3. TechViews (Technology Showcase)

4. Networking

In addition to the scheduled meetings, there will be a series of meals, coffee breaks, and social activities to network with industry colleagues. The ratio of VIPs to sponsors is limited to ensure that the PhotoPublishing Summit provides the right breadth of business opportunities and atmosphere in which to develop strong business relationships.
