Executive Sponsorship

The Executive level sponsorship is the highest level of sponsorship associated with this event. The Executive level sponsor receives the following:

• The opportunity to provide multiple speakers for the program (assuming you confirm  before the program is finalized). Speakers and session content must be approved by InfoTrends in advance. Messages of a commercial nature are not allowed.

• Logo on the brochure cover (assuming you confirm before the print date)

• 100 word company description to be included inside the brochure (assuming you confirm before the print date)

• Opportunity for a promotional mailing, supported by InfoTrends, to your prospects/clients (maximum of 300 pieces)

• Opportunity to hang a corporate banner during the general sessions (sponsor to provide banner)

• Four full conference passes (a $6,380 value)

• One complimentary exhibit (refer to “exhibit” section on page 9 for further details)

• Recognition on all event signage (we will also provide a 6” x 24” sign for your tabletop)

Networking Reception Sponsorship

The Networking Reception Sponsorship is only available to one company. The networking cocktail is typically a very popular sponsorship option. Marketers often find value in networking with influential market leaders in a relaxed, after-hours setting. The reception will be held immediately following the conclusion of day 1 of the conference. The Networking Reception Sponsor will receive the following:

• Company name in the program brochure at the place where the sponsored event occurs assuming you confirm before the print date of the brochure (reading “Cocktail Reception hosted by Your Company”)

• A 22” x 28” showcard welcoming attendees to the cocktail reception, featuring your corporate logo

• Time to give attendees a brief, 5-minute welcome to the cocktail reception

• Two full conference passes (a $3,190 value)

• One complimentary exhibit (refer to “exhibit” section on page 9 for further details)

• Recognition on all event signage (we will also provide a 6” x 24” sign for your tabletop)

• Acknowledgement during the general session

• Recognition on appropriate promotional and collateral material (subject to the discretion of InfoTrends)

VIP Dinner Sponsorship

The VIP Dinner Sponsorship is only available to one company. Invite up to 20 of your closest customers, key prospects and partners for a more intimate networking opportunity. The VIP Dinner will be held the evening of the opening day of the conference. The VIP Dinner Sponsor will receive the following:

• Logistics support from InfoTrends - we will work with you to invite and confirm participants and we will manage all arrangements for the dinner

• A 22” x 28” showcard welcoming attendees to the VIP Dinner, featuring your corporate logo

• One complimentary exhibit (refer to “exhibit” section on page 9 for further details)

• Two full conference passes (a $3,190 value)

Luncheon Sponsorship

The Luncheon Sponsorship is only available to two companies (one on day one of the conference, one on day two of the conference). The luncheon sponsorship is also a high-visibility sponsorship option. The luncheon sponsor receives the following:

• Company name in the program brochure at the place where the sponsored event occurs assuming you confirm before the print date of the brochure (reading “Luncheon hosted by Your Company”)

• A 22” x 28” showcard welcoming attendees to the luncheon, featuring your corporate logo

• Time to give attendees a brief welcome to the lunch

• Two full conference passes (a $3,190 value)

• One complimentary exhibit (refer to “exhibit” section on page 9 for further details)

• Recognition on all event signage (we will also provide a 6” x 24” sign for your tabletop)

• Acknowledgement during the general session

Exclusive Break Sponsorship

This opportunity is available to only one sponsor. You will be promoted as the exclusive sponsor of the conference breaks throughout the 2-day event - a total of 3 breaks (excludes luncheons and receptions). The Exclusive Break Sponsor will receive the following:

• Travel coffee mugs imprinted with the sponsor’s logos and available for attendees to use during the breaks.

• Recognition as a sponsor in the conference brochure (assuming confirmation is before the print date of the brochure)

• Recognition on all event signage and a 22” x 28” showcard welcoming attendees to the refreshment break, featuring your company logo

• Two full conference passes (a $3,190 value)

USB Drive Sponsorship

This opportunity is available to only one company. With this sponsorship, conference attendees will each receive a USB drive with your company logo imprinted on the drive. Sponsoring company can choose to include promotional materials on the memory stick that attendees will have to take away with them. The USB Drive Sponsor will receive the following:

• Recognition as a sponsor in the conference brochure (assuming confirmation is before the print date of the brochure)

• Recognition on all event signage

• Two full conference passes (a $3,190 value)

Espresso Cart Sponsorship

InfoTrends will provide one company with the opportunity to set up a branded espresso cart at the event. If you’d like to provide attendees with a mid-morning or mid-afternoon caffeine boost, this sponsorship is ideal for you. The sponsoring company’s logo will be imprinted on the paper cups being used to serve the beverages. The Espresso Cart Sponsor will receive the following:

• Recognition as a sponsor in the conference brochure (assuming confirmation is before the print date of the brochure)

• Recognition on all event signage

• One full conference pass (a $1,595 value)

• One complimentary exhibit (refer to “exhibit” section on page 4 for further details)

Exclusive Continental Breakfast Sponsorship

Two complimentary continental breakfasts (1 on each day) will be provided to all attendees. Conference attendees often use breakfast meetings to discuss important business issues with industry colleagues at a more leisurely pace. Continental Breakfast Sponsors receive the following:

• Company name in the program brochure at the place where the sponsored event occurs, assuming you confirm before the print date of the brochure (reading “Breakfast hosted by Your Company”)

• 22” x 28” showcard welcoming attendees to the breakfast, featuring your corporate logo

Exhibits

Each sponsor will receive a draped 6’ tabletop with 2 chairs at the conference for displaying literature, new products, or new technologies. Sponsors bring their own equipment, and power may be ordered in advance of the event through InfoTrends. You can also rent computer monitors, TVs, Internet access, and other equipment from us if you place your order 30 days in advance of the conference. Tabletop browsing will take place in the morning, early evening, during the breaks, and during the lunches. Exhibitors receive the following:

• Recognition as an exhibitor in the conference brochure (assuming you confirm before the print date of the brochure)

• Recognition on all event signage (we will also provide a 6” x 24” sign for your tabletop)

• Acknowledgement during the general session

• Two full conference passes (a $3,190 value)

DI Showcase - NEW!

The DI Showcase provides an opportunity for companies with innovative products, unique services or cutting-edge technologies to provide a demonstration or share information from the stage. DI Showcase participants will be provided with 5-7 minutes to make their presentations to a room full of potential partners and/or customers. Presenters will be asked to gear their remarks towards their audience. InfoTrends will provide support and guidance as needed.

DI Showcase slots are available at a price of $4,500, or can be bundled into a customized sponsorship or exhibit package. The DI Showcase will run for 30 minutes on day 1 of the conference and 30 minutes on day 2 of the conference. Four spots are available on each day. Time slots will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis. InfoTrends reserves the right to accept or reject requests to participate.

InfoTrends will provide a standard audio/visual set for the session room including: LCD projector, display screen, and podium stand with microphone. Additional services can be provided for a fee.

Pad & Pen Sponsorship

This opportunity is available to only one company. The sponsoring company’s logo will be imprinted on the official conference pens and notepads and provided to each conference attendee. The Pad & Pen Sponsor will receive the following:

• Recognition as a sponsor in the conference brochure (assuming confirmation is before the print date of the brochure)

• Recognition on all event signage

• Recognition on appropriate promotional and collateral material (subject to the discretion of InfoTrends)

• The conference Web site will feature your name and logo, and will link to your Web site

Laynard Sponsorship

This opportunity is available to only one company. The sponsoring company’s logo will be printed on the official conference lanyard and given to each conference attendee. The Lanyard Sponsor will receive the following:

• Recognition as a sponsor in the conference brochure (assuming confirmation is before the print date of the brochure)
