technology showcase is strictly tabletop displays.
Freestanding booths and equipment exceeding 10 feet will
not be permitted without approval by InfoTrends
management.
The technology showcase will be held in O'Hare 4 at
the Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare . Each exhibitor
is provided with:

A draped table with two chairs
-
A company name placard
-
Security for the exhibit area after show hours
Each company is required to provide its own:

Computer and peripheral equipment, software and communications service

Internet Access
-
Electricity
Exhibit Set-up - November 9th, 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Exhibit Tear Down - November 11th, 12:00
pm - 2:00 pm
