“The Office Document Strategy Conference has become a tremendous venue for the exchanging of ideas. The addition of the one-to-one meetings allowed us greater access to the channel community. It gave us the valued networking time we need to help customers with their document
management issues.”

Who Attends?
In addition to traditional hardware manufactures and software suppliers and developers, InfoTrends also brings together prequalified buyers from the channel to participate as VIP guests. This exclusive format allows you to maximize your time with pre-arranged meetings and a structured conference program insuring you will get the most out of your time.

How Does It Work?
InfoTrends brings in a selected group of buyers to meet one-to-one with a group of vendors. Appointments are arranged in advance and will run for
45-minutes each during the course of the event. As the organizers, InfoTrends covers hotel, airfare, meals and transportation for the buyer in order to overcome those barriers to attendance. In return, attendees are required to attend all their scheduled appointments. Buyers like it because they’re talking to a C-level executive from the supplier firm - sellers like it because the VIP attendee is a pre-qualified decision maker.

What are the benefits for buyers and sellers?
For buyers who are extremely busy, this is a very efficient platform to see a lot of suppliers, meet new suppliers, see new products, and accomplish objectives that typically they would do at a large-scale trade show. Because both the buyer and seller are qualified prior to the event, meeting schedules are prearranged providing an extremely efficient way of conducting business onsite. Sellers benefit by knowing they will have guaranteed appointments with buyers. This results in a much higher ROI keeping costs lower on shipping, drayage, or the uncertainty of attendance which often is a concern in a tradeshow environment.
