As the Chief QR Officer at CodeZ QR, Joe Barber is the recognized
authority on quick response codes as a 1to1 document launch point to
the mobile web. Mr. Barber assists corporations in developing
transpromo and related one-to-one communications strategies based on
QR codes. Joe is often quoted or asked to write or speak about his
experiences with 1to1 QR codes for document web enablement, cost
reduction, document consolidation and enhanced customer
communication.
Larry Beasley, Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Planning,

Larry has a diverse background, working in sales and marketing
management, as well as management in quality assurance and
regulatory affairs. He has worked in leadership positions with such
companies as NCR Corporation, Dalcon Computer Systems (an INC. 500
company) and BlueCross BlueShield. Larry holds a bachelor’s degree
in Communications from Middle Tennessee State University, and is a
member of the Academy of Healthcare Professionals and the American
Society for Quality Control.
Guy Broadhurst, Vice President, New Technologies & Client

Guy Broadhurst has worked in digital printing technology for over 25
years. At Océ North America, Guy is responsible for planning and
directing development, launch, positioning, marketing, and sales
support for all digital printing systems, document and workflow
management software, media development, and pre- and post-processing
and finishing alliances. He stays actively engaged in market and
customer research to study market trends like TransPromo and the
issues and opportunities they present to customers. Guy is a popular
conference speaker and columnist. As a recognized industry expert,

Mike Bryant, Marketing Analytics Practice Leader , InfoPrint
Solutions Company
Michael Bryant is a key member of InfoPrint Solutions TransPromo
consulting practice. His expertise in Marketing Analytics provides
customers with insight and knowledge on how to best leverage their
data to deliver top line strategies and results. Before joining
InfoPrint Solutions, Mr. Bryant held several key positions within
the financial service industry including institutions such as Metris
Companies (HSBC), Wachovia and the John Harland Company.
Mr. Bryant holds a Masters in Business Administration from Mercer
University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications and
Management Information Systems from St. Cloud State University.
Jerry Cerasale, Senior Vice President, Government Affairs, Direct
Marketing Association
Jerry joined The DAM in January 1995, as Senior Vice President,
Government Affairs. He is in charge of The DMA’s contact with the
Congress, all federal agencies and state and local governments. He
has testified before Congress on numerous occasions on postal and
privacy matters. In addition he has testified before both the
Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communications Commission
on direct marketing matters. Prior to joining The DMA he was Deputy
General Counsel for the Committee on Post Office and Civil Service,
United States House of Representatives. He served for 12 years at
the Postal Rate Commission as Legal Advisor to Chairman Steiger and
most recently as Special Assistant to the Commission. He was an
attorney advisor to Federal Trade Commission Chairman Steiger. Prior
to the PRC he was employed in the Law Department of the Postal
Service. He received his B.A. in Government and Economics from
Wesleyan University, Middletown Connecticut and his J.D. from the
University Of Virginia School Of Law. He served in the U.S. Army
from 1970 to 1972.
He is a Vice Chair of the Postal Matters Subsection of the
Administrative Law and Regulatory Protection Section of the American
Bar Association. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Mailers
Council. He was a member of the Federal Trade Commission Advisory
Committee on On-Line Access and Security.
William
Chan, Billing Manager, Broadview Network
William joined the company as Billing Manager in 2204, bringing over
10 years of billing management experience in the Telecom Industry.
He’s responsible for all retail & wholesale billing production and
operations.
Prior to joining Broadview in 2004, he served as Billing Manager for
NTT (North American division of Japan national carrier, Nippon
Telephone & Telegraph), where he managed their global billing and
invoices operations. Before joining NTTA, William pent over 9 years
in various management roles in both Billing and IT for Covista
Communications. William holds a masters degree in Telecommunication
with a minor in Computer Science from Pace University.
Nadia Darwish, Vice President, Client Relationships and Education
Services, Sun Life Financial
Nadia leads the Sun Life Financial Group Retirement Services’
team of client relationship executives and education services teams
across Canada. She builds the vision and strategy that creates a
superior experience for Sun Life Financial plan sponsors and their
plan members that further differentiates Sun Life Financial as a

Nadia brings to this role over 16 years of rich industry experience
both in Defined Benefit as well as Defined Contribution pension plan

Prior to joining Sun Life in 1999 Nadia held many different
management and client relationship positions with leading financial
institutions including State Street Trust Company of Canada and
Canada Trust.

member of the Canadian Pensions and Benefits Institute (CPBI) as

Hynde Fonseca Neto, Account Project Manager, Bradesco
Graduated in Business Administration and Computer Science, post
graduate in Marketing, has 18 years of experience in the management
of financial products and services. At Bradesco for 6 years, he is
responsible for managing the products of the Current Account,
statements, and also rates and products for targeted public
(University Accounts ).
Hynde was responsible for deployment of the first statement in
Braille in Brazil, checks on recycled paper of security and the
TransPromo application to transactional documents for Bradesco.
Jim Hamilton,

Jim Hamilton is Group Director of InfoTrends’ On Demand Printing &
Publishing, Jetting Technology Opportunities, and Wide Format
Printing Consulting Services. Mr. Hamilton is responsible for
conducting graphic arts market research, providing forecast
analysis, supporting the consulting service and custom consulting
clients, and creating editorial content for product and market
analysis reports. Mr. Hamilton has been involved in the graphic arts
and publishing industries since 1980, and has been a member of
InfoTrends’ On Demand Printing & Publishing Consulting Service since
1995. Mr. Hamilton was the Editor of InfoTrends' book entitled "The

Richard Hoffman is the vice president of technical and operations
for OSG Billing Services. He brings over eleven years of expertise
in corporate finance and technical operations to the company.
Hoffman is responsible for the tactical planning and development of
new technologies at the company along with supervising the
day-to-day operations. He has established innovative methods and
processes at the company that continue to ensure the company’s
commitment to quality and efficiency.
Prior to joining OSG Billing Services, Hoffman worked as manager of
financial planning at the MTV Networks. In this capacity, he was

Kevin joined Pitney Bowes in 2000 after a 22 year career with

Pat McGrew, Data-Driven Communication Evangelist, Eastman Kodak

P.C. (Pat) McGrew, EDP is the Data-driven Communication Evangelist
in the Business to Business Solutions Group at Eastman Kodak working

As President and CEO of Direct Group, Don McKenzie has built one of

Debbie Miglaw, Director, Product Management for DST Output, has been
with the company since June 1998. She is responsible for defining
and executing product vision and strategy, managing the roadmap

profitability. Her team shapes the standard product offerings,

David Murphy, Vice President of Marketing, RISO, Inc.
David Murphy is the Vice President of Marketing for RISO, Inc, and
has served in a variety of sales and marketing roles for the company
over the last 17 years. RISO manufactures and sells the ComColor
series of inkjet printers, the fastest cut-sheet full color inkjet
printers on the market. David is responsible for the entire scope of
product marketing for North America. He holds an MBA and a BS degree
in marketing and has conducted field research on user applications
for ink-based printing systems in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Christopher Nicholson, Director of Strategic Communications, Humana
Christopher J. Nicholson is Director of Strategic Communications for
Humana, one of the largest health plans in the US. His background
in telecommunications, retail and healthcare has positioned him well
for integrating technology and marketing strategies.
Communications initiatives developed by his team have been
recognized in publications such as The Wall Street Journal
and Bloomberg.com. In addition, Nicholson’s won several
awards for the SmartSummary and SmartSummary Rx – health finance
statements for Medicare and Commercial members. These Awards

having emotionally engaged consumers.
The net result is a new communications strategy for the insurance
industry that effectively capitalizes on the getting the right
message to the right members at the right time. This strategy
allows Humana to drive behavior change and consolidate unnecessary
communications to positively grow member knowledge and understanding
while at the same time helping retain and grow membership.
He has been a proponent for information sharing throughout the

and production printing solutions. He also managed all business
operations for Danka's Great Lakes region. Mr. O’Leary’s previous

Teresa Zwiener, Vice President, Product Management, Output

Teresa Zwiener is Vice President of Product Management for CSG
Systems’ Output Solutions Business Unit. In this position, Zwiener
is responsible for directing product strategy for CSG's document
processing services. Zwiener has a tenured career in statement
presentment and fulfillment and her experience includes account
management and new customer acquisition activities.
Zwiener is a frequent speaker across industries that send electronic
and printed documents in support of their customer care and billing
applications. Zwiener is a knowledgeable advisor on statement
presentment and production processes and related products as well as
technology and industry trends.
Zwiener graduated from Creighton University with a degree in
