Executive Director , Independent Photo Image (IPI)
Brent is the Executive Director of Independent Photo Image (IPI), the nation’s largest group of independently owned and operated businesses providing image and capture and image archiving goods and services.  Founded in 1982, IPI today has over 740 locations in all 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Mexico, Australia, and Canada.
Brent assumed the role of Executive Director of IPI in 2002 after serving on its Board of Directors and as an officer beginning in 1995.
A  CPA by profession, Brent has owned and operated several specialty retail businesses over his career and is the prior franchisor of a mid-Atlantic group of one-hour photofinishers and portrait studios.
Brent received his undergraduate education from Georgia Institute of Technology and West Virginia University and a MBA from the University of Missouri.  He has been an instructor of various accounting courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
