Vice President, Customer Support Services, eCopy Mark Roy has been with eCopy since 2000 where he began as a Technical Services Manager. During his tenure, Roy has managed and developed several successful technical programs, including eCopy College (online training) and Ask eCopy (online technical support portal). Most recently, Roy spearheaded the global development and launch of ePS (eCopy Professional Services), which helps OEDs provide customers with eCopy implementation, customization and training services. Roy holds an associate of science from Clarkson College and a bachelor’s of science in business information systems from Bellevue University.
