Rich Piper has been in the office equlpment industry for 18+ years.  He began his career selling
analog copiers for MCSlCanon (now known as CBS East). He quickly migrated to selling digital
color products, where he leveraged software-based front-end solutions. Eventually, he landed at lKON Office Solutions as Director of Office Integration.  It was there he focused on Print
Management solutions. Today, Rich leads the FMAudit team as the President and CEO He
plans to continue leveraging his experience and passion for assisting customers with achieving maximum success.
