Refund and Cancellation Policy: Conference cancellations with refunds will be accepted, less a €50 processing fee, if in writing and received no later than September 30, 2010. No refunds will be given after this date. Registration submitted after September 30, 2010 are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend we encourage you to send a replacement. Attention ALL Registrants: No badges will be mailed in advance of ON DEMAND. You will receive an electronic registration confirmation that will allow you easy access to your admittance badge on site. Please proceed to the the "Pre-Registration" counter when you arrive on-site.

ON DEMAND is open to trade professionals only. Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 18, including infants and toddlers will be permitted on the show floor. There will be no exceptions.
