How Does it Work?
The PhotoPublishing Summit VIP/Sponsor program is structured around 4
key components:
Appointment Based Meetings

Once you register, you will receive a
password to access the event website where you will post your
company profile.

The profiles for the VIPs will include
information about areas of interest and planned investments for
hardware, software and services.

The profiles for the sponsors will
include information about the products or services which they
provide to the photo publishing market.

About 6 weeks before the event, both
sponsors and VIPs are asked to prioritize the companies they would like
to meet with.

A personal meeting schedule is then
drawn up for each company based on a combination of both VIP and
sponsor preferences.

Each sponsor is allocated their own
meeting table in the conference room where all the one-on-one
meetings take place.

Each meeting lasts 20 minutes with a 5
minute interval between each meeting. (up to 8 meetings)

On the second day, VIPs will attend a
series of boardroom presentations from platinum sponsors to learn more about these companies products and
services. VIPs and sponsors are free to meet delegates that they did
not have pre-booked on their schedules.

Technology Showcase
Attendees and sponsors can mingle in the dedicated technology showcase area
during designated breaks. Sponsors will have table-top exhibits and will
be available to answer questions and demonstrate their technologies and
solutions.
The Networking
In addition to the scheduled meetings, there will be a series of meals, coffee
breaks, and social activities to network with industry colleagues. The
ratio of VIPs to sponsors is limited to ensure that the PhotoPublishing Summit
provides the right breadth of business opportunities and
atmosphere in which to develop strong business relationships. |
