For the 30,000+ subscribers of bliQ, BLI’s web-based document imaging resource, this implementation opens the door to unlocking more useable and relevant data, as well as keeping the report fresh and up-to-date with industry trends.
The redesign serves a myriad of purposes. A tabular format eases navigation and helps users quickly locate the key data they’re looking for. Bulleted lists capsulize a device’s high and low points in specific areas of testing and evaluation. Compared with the previous generation report, the revised format also offers more granularity in virtually every section and a new 10-point rating scale that minimizes parity among devices.
The Lab Test Report was updated based on customer feedback and now features value marketing, in addition to technical analysis that takes into account many types of readers, from product managers to R&D/engineering, business customers to leasing companies, and administrators to end users, via a reorganization of test categories. And new tests, including first-set times with both a 10- and 3-page file, allow users to see the real-world implications a device might have.
